First, after you submit your résumé and cover letter, you will have a phone conversation with a Human Resources manager. During this conversation, you will talk about your education, working experience, and Geico’s business goals. The online assessment was meant to evaluate "analytical reasoning" and "quantitative problem solving skills”.
After completing 2 tests online, you're brought in for an interview and advised to from HR followed by an analytical test, technical phone interview and 5 onsite then a caliper personality assessment online, another phone interview, then
